Only putting a one star coz I had to in order to write a review

DO NOT BUY YOUR FOOD HERE! WHY?

Firstly they do not know what a chicken burger is.... for $13.80 i was presented with a Turkish sandwich which was stale but it was covered it up by “toasting it” in which I needed a hammer to try and chisel it in order to take a bite.... once I got to the filling the 1 piece of chicken that was about the size of 1 tenderloin was nice and was surrounded by a sea of sauce and about 7 tomatoes and a few leaves of rocket.... this is not was described on the menu.... what a great “burger”

Secondly the ham and cheese toastie wasn’t even toasted nor was the cheese was melted and the ham tasted like left over Xmas ham

Overpriced for what is...

Extremely rude staff including the older gentleman who I assume is the owner of the cafe.

Ordered an ice latte - asked if I wanted the ice crushed and I said yes. It turned out to be a Frappe. When I questioned it - I was told that’s what I ordered and to deal with it.

I then proceeded to pay again for an ice latte and staff members continued to give me attitude even when I paid for another ice latte and said don’t worry about the previous order.

Extremely disappointing and when I said I won’t come back due to the poor customer service - I was told don’t come back you’re not welcome.

Places like these need support while tourists aren’t...

Tried to order a couple of babychinno's but was abruptly informed by the manager (suspected business owner) that they don't serve them when they are busy...what a lousy policy and the first time I have heard of it anywhere! Families with kids wanting a coffee really should just avoid this place. From reading a few other reviews, it would appear this guy actually has a terrible attitude to customer service. Shame I can't give the place a zero rating... do yourself a favour and give your money to another place that caters for kids and/or at least has decent customer service. If only I had checked the reviews on...
