Having been getting take away from here for the past years on a regular basis. The kitchen is run by a chef whom you can tell has spent many years behind excruciating environment perfecting his craft, manages everything in and out of the kitchen including taking phone orders, and it is amazing of the number of items he can produce with such a small one man kitchen. The wife come and help at night after day shift so quite often lunch is opened late because of preparation need. However if you can look past all that you will be rewarded with one of the best and honest cantonese cafe style food within the nearby suburbs. Best to order by phone and then pick up after. The food was definitely full of flavour. Authenticity not so good.

Beef brisket soup noodle was cooked with a prawn based soup - which totally messed with the flavour. Beef was nearly soft. Flavours were definitely good for each component - Though it should not have been used together.

Combination wonton soup was huge! Definitely love the portion size! The wonton was big, to say the least, however what could improve would be the filling - Great prawn size. As for the filling, it was a little mushy and didn't have enogh bounciness to it.

This place is a hidden gem. It's hard to find authentic Asian cuisine like this- the ingredients always taste incredibly fresh and the portions are generous. Run by a lovely hardworking couple (Flyer/Bims)- the chef is a master of his craft and cooks with care and passion. His wife is always warm and convivial and they value their customers.
