We had the steak n Guinness pie with mash and mushy peas, and the lamb shank, with roast potatoes sweet potato mash and yorkshire pudding and mint sauxe this was an outstanding choice on my part. The meat fell off the bone, and the potatoes were fluffy inside and crisp and golden outside. The Yorkshire pudding was bigger than my mum made but so good. For me, it's the best choice and fantastic meal. Dessert, we had the rhubarb and Berry crumble. The inner pie mix was fantastic and thick, not runny. Unfortunately, the crumble topping was not as good as it could be. More an oats mix and then put under a grill to brown. There was no real crunch as I was expecting. Service is consistently very good, there is always a decent amount of staff on & they are very well trained, knowledgeable & friendly. Nice inside & outside spaces to enjoy your time, they do get snapped up quick though. Quality range of events, live music etc too.

Have tried numerous other things & really can’t fault much… standout for me is their steaks & the Sunday roast - which is seriously excellent. Food delivered quickly too. So glad it’s one...
