It's time Sushi train restaurants put signs up for patrons not to pick up or touch the sushi containers if they're not going to eat the sushi on the plate. I've eaten often over the years at Mushiro Japanese Balmain. Food is now fairly average but ok. However I cannot believe the adults and children who pick up the plates or lift the lids off as its going around to have a look what's underneath but don't eat it and put it back. Tonight watched three adults pick up the lids off the plates and put it back on and another picks up the plate, put it's in front of her, stared at it for a while and then returns it to the train hoping no one's watching.
