I really like your Product and am happy to pay premium price for it. However, I had a very unpleasant experience at your store today 7pm, Friday 25th June. I almost did not purchase the three tubs of ice-cream as i was treated most rudely by your store manager. I was looking for the yuzu flavoured tub in the freezer. Shortly after, the manager who identified herself as Sally, yelled at me across the room with angrily and abrupt. She rudely said "Shut the freezer door, stop looking in there." (paraphrased). She did not bother coming up to the freezer to ask if i needed any help for flavour selection but instead barked her commands across the room. I regathered my composure and told her gently that as a manager, this was not the way to treat a customer and a different tone of voice would be more appropriate. Anyways, after that, she showed us how much she upset about our changes. She threw the scoops to the scoop container with noisy sound, and also she kept make sounds when she threw the ice cream container after use.
Well, as some point it was my fault l as I changed my mind and I tried to understand her. But the worst thing was, we paid 900ml however, the weight seems light. Then we tried to check with our scale, Then its even under 700g (incl. container weight)
