The service was not even 3/10 ; however, two older ladies seemed to struggle to keep up with the large crowd of customers, which left some costumers dissatisfied. The food at This is Thai was rather bland, lacking in flavor, and notably more expensive compared to other Thai restaurants in the area. The red curry pork dish was particularly disappointing, as it contained minimal meat, flavours, and the beef was tough and chewy and again if you are luckyto findany beef in the bland soup lol . Additionally, the fried ice cream, which should have been a highlight, had a soggy external filo instead crunchy low-quality chocolate topping Aldi brand omg i can't stand when businessare trying to save on the small things it will be a big difference if they are using at least better topping . Terrible experience, had to wait for 2.5 hours for our order until we went in and asked how long further we had to wait and all they simply said was,” we are making the take away orders at the moment and will start making yours after we are done with online orders.” Ruined the valentine’s day for most of the customers there today as all of us waited for that amount of time and no one was served with their food before 2.5 hours!!! The food was not good, the service was worse. Nothing about my meal screamed traditional Thai cuisine. Their interpretation of stir fried pork belly was a whole zucchini cut into 3 pieces, onion and beans drowning in a sort of MSG soup. When I attempted to pay the lady argued with me when I queried why she had charged more than the advertised price.
