Me and my friend visited Tibetan Peace Restaurant today and absolutely loved the experience. We had beef thenthuk, chicken momo, and laphing 🍲🥟. All cooked to perfection. The flavors were so authentic, they instantly took me back to my hometown 🏡. My friend enjoyed it just as much, and I even took away chicken momo for my husband. He loved it so much that he is willing to visit as well 🤤 The service was warm and friendly, and the food came out quickly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely one of those places you want to keep coming back to. I’ll be returning soon for more delicious food! Highly recommended. 🤗

Had dinner at this Tibetan restaurant in Dee Why! Just Wow! We ordered Spicy basil potato for starters and wow! It was crunchy, tasty and full of flavour. For my Caucasian friends, you can order mild spicy. For those who can handle spice, order it spicy. Momos, Chilli Chicken and Steamed buns were really good and full of flavour as well. It reminded us of the Tibetan food we get in India. Must visit if you want to try an Authentic Tibetan cuisine. Staff is really friendly and will recommend dishes as per your liking too.

Tibet is a long way to go, you can however come here where the chef will make your momo fresh and suggest other dishes to round out your meal. It’s eaten at by the local Tibetan community so I know it’s authentic. The decor is like stepping into Tibet. If you are a northern beaches foodie then trek to here and enjoy the cultural immersion in the dining restaurant or choose takeaway to create your own Tibetan experience for family at home.

Dining at Tibetan Peace Restaurant was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and warmth — soft lighting, Tibetan art on the walls, and gentle traditional music created a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The steamed momos were some of the best I’ve ever had — tender dough, perfectly seasoned filling, and a spicy dipping sauce that brought everything together beautifully. The thukpa, a comforting noodle soup, was rich and flavorful, ideal for a cozy meal on a cool evening. I also loved the butter tea, which was smooth and uniquely satisfying. What really makes this place special is the hospitality. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to share their culture and cuisine. You can feel the care and heart that goes into every dish. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Tibetan food or trying it for the first time, Tibetan Peace Restaurant is a must-visit. Delicious food, peaceful vibes, and heartfelt service — it truly lives up...

I'm sorry but our family couldn't understand why all these 5 star ratings. We Googled "best eats in Dee Why" and have been trying them out over the past year. My husband thinks 2 stars is generous, as he'd have given a 1 star. We ordered the 3 dishes recommended by the waiter. It took 45 minutes for any food to arrive and the place was only half full, but looked fully staffed. They also had to ask us again what we ordered, despite only having 2 other tables left to serve. Best dish was the noodle broth Non Veg Thenthuk - tasty broth, but the chicken was overcooked/dry. The fried pastry w beef was oily and soggy with very little filling. My daughter said "I feel yucky after eating that". The Pork Fried dish was good flavour but the pork belly wasn't cooked long enough for the fat and skin to be pleasant to eat. BTW, their bathroom has to be the worst restaurant bathroom in Sydney. Ladies, don't go to the bathroom or you'll be peeing...
