Momo Bar Dee Why — Restaurant in Sydney

My sister and I ordered a number of different meals through uber delivery from Momo Bar Dee why. We ordered separately. My order was delivered correctly however my sister’s was not. The order was delivered just before 9pm. When she called them, she spoke to a person who advised that they were now closed but would pass on the issue to her supervisor. The supervisor was very unhelpful. She started by saying they had now closed (it was 9:03pm at the time) and therefore could not fix the order nor deliver it as they do not have their own delivery service. I was understanding of that however I communicated to the supervisor that it was now 7 minutes past closing time but they are saying they have no resources at all to prepare a meal that they had missed. The supervisor was quick to blame the uber driver and said that he probably left without checking the bag. I told her that is not at all the case as the docket on the bag of my sister’s order does not include the second dish whatsoever so it must’ve been their mistake. She quickly offloaded the problem to a junior. I spoke to a girl called Natasha who was understanding of what happened and confirmed it was a mistake on their end. She offered to make the dish with a different base and to drop it off out of hours as we were only a couple blocks away. Met with her as agreed and got the order we paid for. Thank you Natasha. DUMPLING TIIIIIIIME! I have been a customer there for quite a while now , going between 2-4 times a week and they deliver time after time after time. Lunch or dinner as they are trading from 11am all the way to 9pm. Lunch: Poké bowl. Tuna with 5 topping. So full of freshness, tasty, and best of all Crunchy in each and every bites you do. The sauces just make the whole meal even better with the crunch of your choice as a drizzle on top. I also like to add avocado as I love avocado and the whole bowl is generous and well presented. Dinner: MOMO ( dumpling) I normally have my standard bowl with half chicken and half pork ( they have 4 more flavours just for information, 3 meat option and 3 veggie option in total) I always do Nepalese style as I find that one as the best, tomato based mild spicy, but sooooooo nice, mmmmm. Went this evening Sat 11th June 2022 around 4-5pm and the girl who served me firstly treated me like I was a nuisance to her. I ordered and because she had air pods in and also the music loud on the speakers by the register she could not her me properly as I was ordering as I kept having to repeat it, so this led her to make my meal incorrect. I asked her to please fix it and she was saying that this is what I ordered. Anyways we ended up getting on the same page and she fixed it up, but then as I get home my rice bowl was virtually a soup of the yogi sauce which I poured out about half a cup of the sauce and then as the yogi sauce was already soaked up a-lot by the rice, I ate the rice and my throat is burning from the vinegar in the yogi sauce, even though I poured most of it out.
