Trading Beans — Restaurant in Sydney

If it wasnt for the food this score would be 1 star. I specifically chose them for their use of Campos coffee and advertised single origin roast in black coffee. When i recieved my long black, it tasted extremely bitter and not at all up to Campos standard. I asked them to repour the shot and they did, when the barista brought me the coffee she said maybe i forgot sugar in last one, and tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with the coffee.. Ordered a large matcha latte with oat milk. Tastes more like hot oat milk, can't taste any matcha at all. There were signs of matcha at base of cup but the whole drink is a very faint green.
