Authentic Banh Mi experience on Darling. Pictured here is the crispy pork roll on white bun, the crackling was on point! The only area of improvement is the crispiness of the buns and the ambience but I understand it’s a one woman show so one can only do so much. Recommend if in the area.

Came highly rated by a student. This is their menu... pretty straightforward.

the rolls come in white or whole meal : Crispy pork , Char siu , lemon grass chicken/ beef , brisket slow cook beef/ pork (10$ except crispy pork $11)

Soup : poached chicken Phở (14$) , wonton soup (10$)

Salad: lemon grass chicken / beef with ginger soy dressing (14$)

Summer rolls : chicken/ tofu/ avocado (9$ for 3)

All rolls $10 except crispy pork $11 , salad bowl $14 really big , Pho $14, wontons $10 , summer rolls $9...

Vietnam Delights Casual Dining is a hidden gem! The food is fresh, flavourful, and reminds me of home-cooked Vietnamese meals. The pho was rich and aromatic, and the grilled pork vermicelli was perfectly done. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
