The restaurant is always spotlessly clean, and with the enclosed playground, a great place for families with kids. So I just wanted an ice cream and ended up waiting for 20 minutes in line before even making it to the first window where I was ignored for 5+ minutes while the girl took other’s orders I did try politely calling out for her and was completely ignored the whole time so I just drove to the second window where the food comes from and was finally responded to by another girl working she asked what I ordered I told her and she said I was supposed to pay at the other window when I explained what I was being ignored she said yea I know I told her to do that we have mixed up the orders I said I totally understand things get busy but she could’ve just asked instead of ignoring me she didn’t apologise and just said I can take your card for you and pay and I said no sorry can I just leave as I was upset and annoyed and no longer wanted my ice cream very disappointed will not...

Let it be known that I have never had a good meal from Hungry Jacks or good service for that matter. But my wife suggested it and although I warned her I agreed for the LOL's. Wow the fries are hot and crisp...but so incredibly salty the dog wouldn't eat them. Burgers cold with huge chunks of near frozen tomato, what seemed to be half a raw onion and barely a hint of sauce to even attempt to cover up this food travesty. Picture a month old potato scallop that's been living under a deep fryer for a month and you would have a rough approximation of what the chicken burger patty was like, I had to ask my wife what it indeed was, once again little to no sauce.
