Just want to inform the service or the attitude is ridiculous. If we ask for receipt she can't understand that and she will show that you can go to the website and can check all the pricing which seems no sense. And the funny part is the price when we checked online was not matching with the total we paid..
If we ask for something, her answer was like its complicating. What is the big deal if we customise or u can simply say its not available.I think you have to watch your words.
Not understanding what a bad customer service.
Food is ok. We tried a couple of times. Desi Chicken/naan and paneer items were fine. Not the best. This is the only restaurant in Australia which have such a bad customer service.
Due to this bad attitude we don't want to go again.. I am expecting a big reply back from you just to fool all the google users.
Edited:We calculated with the surcharge and its wrong mate...then when I ask for the receipt, you were like its something the first customer asking for receipt and you said what do mean by that.
I asked for cardamom tea its not my pblm that you made cardamom water and i think you dont even have that common sense to understand that. If you don't have that in menu, just simply say its not available rather than making such things. Thanks mate.
I think you believe you are the best one who communicates and try to be respectful. I haven't Complaint about food your behaviour is the problm.. Thanks for showing your...
Read moreI’d have to agree with another critic regarding the cold food. I tried take out Vindaloo. I like hot food but ironically it’s was barely 30°C on my digital thermometer. I had to microwave for 4 minutes to make it warm enough. I was told 20 mins and arrived in 15. No excuse for serving cold food. The lamb was the toughest I have ever had and it was so chewy, I spat it out. It was also so spicy hot I could not eat it. One mouthful was way too much. I accept that perhaps others would accept such heat. But I have never received any Indian food that was too spicy for me until now. I usually wish it was hotter. A waste of $20 for just the one dish. The other dish was Butter Chicken. The meat was dark in color, tough and chewy. Not convinced it was even chicken. Perhaps eating in at the restaurant would be a better option. They do get some great reviews. However, we are not the only ones to have been provided a cold meal as a take out. Nearly 50 bux for two containers of meat and gravy is a further frustration. I have decided that I’ll never order take out Indian again. Very...
Read moreThe food was too spicy, the manager was conflicted, and the waitress took my food away before I finished it. There were no vegetables in the curry except two pieces of carrot and two pieces of ginger. The staff doesn't know how to communicate with customers at all. My husband and I have been to many Indian restaurants, but this is the first time we have had such terrible service and conflict. It's not worth the rating it thinks it has. My husband went to the administration to solve the problem of spicy food, but in the end he was not allowed to eat at all. I ate it too spicy, so spicy that tears flowed, but we were after a long journey and I was very hungry. I didn’t want conflict at all, and I wasn’t aware of what they were telling my husband. Then they took my food and told me to pay a dollar less. This is double rudeness. When my husband took out the money to pay for my dinner, the owner of the restaurant came out and said that there was no need to pay. Ok, we didn't insist. It was my first negative experience of...
