Seagrass Cafe — Restaurant in Tea Gardens

We had read 5 star reviews of this cafe & today as we were visiting the area parked along the waterfront & looked at the menu out front & decided to have lunch .After doing the Covid checkin walked up to the counter to place our order. We stood at the counter and not one staff member asked for our order or even acknowledged we were in the cafe.At the door was a staff member with a "I make the coffee "shirt on and even he didn't say a thing to us as new customers. As we walked out the both noticed all the tables had not been wiped down . We were both very disappointed by the lack of customer focus of the cafe ,we did notice they were looking for wait staff ?? We walked up the street & were greeted by another premises & enjoyed...

I was lucky enough to be amongst the first customers of this new cafe in Tea Gardens. I am delighted to say that the coffee was delicious and the staff were delightful. The owner does all of the cooking and the range of slices, cakes and more looked very inviting. I found the owner very helpful and certainly wish the venture the very best. I'm sure you will be pleased if you pay a visit.

What a great cafe! Perfect service and awesome food! The first time ever that coffee was served on a tray with sugar, sweetener, etc, offered at the same time, without having to collect or ask for it myself. Husband had big breakfast, said it was wonderful. I had the Berry pancakes. OMG, homemade pancakes with Berry compote, cream & icecream....I have been to heaven. Have already spread the word, & can't wait to go back!...
