Hi I ordered a family box with 2 wraps original burger & double tender with a additional 2 large sides & 5pc tenders for add on , upon taking our order the lady behind the window charged us for our order then tried to charge us for the next order then asked us if the slushy she just tried to charge us for was for us upon trying. to give it to us .me & my partner thought this was strange .
We then got our order given to us & assured everything was in there.
Before we drove off i thought i better check it cus the staff seemed off the planet . I realized we had no tenders wich cost added $10 no aoli sauce , we then asked for a refund on the tenders cus the staff member said they were out .she then gave us $5 change back then we said that it wasnt the correct amount & she gave us another $6 change back wow ??. We then got home to find 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6 , no sauce on the double tender burger & soggy raw chips no salt blah blah , over all cost us alot of money to be not satisfied . The manager offered us replacement chips burger & nuggets . It was a $44 meal , i wasn’t really happy with that out come , talked with Dillion who was curtious but hesitant to listen to customer feedback.
Had the meal fully refunded a few days later + a 5 extra tenders verry happy thankyou, manager was cosistent & helpful upon enquiry about the complaint & offered the meal fully refunded & was looking into staffs actions for that shift & conversing with team afterwards . Read moreThe drive-thru is horribly designed. When you leave the drive-thru, you have to pull out further than normal to even see if there's another car coming. Not to mention it always takes ages to get your food. They often ignore the customers at the speaker, even if there's no one else there.
Seems understaffed, yet there are so many people working.
I would recommend going to a different KFC if you are able to.
Edit: I have bumped the rating down to 1 star because of the non-stop horrible service I have received.
KFC The Entrance ignores almost all of their in-store customers due to the preference of drive-thru ones, but even when I go through the drive-thru for a simple go bucket, I'm told to wait for 5 minutes and end up getting forgotten about and forced to wait nearly 2 hours each time I visit. Horrible management, horrible service, not to mention the main female that works there ignores you when you enter the store and is the one that forgets I'm there.
Doesn't help that the 13-14 year olds that have been hired don't know what they're doing.

As we get to the window we’re not greeted by the staff at all not even when passed our drinks, considering we ordered online and ended up waiting 30 minutes at the drive thru window with cars queuing up behind us as we’re sitting waiting I look inside to see an employee eating and dancing while there’s a customer waiting to be served at the desk in front of her, we see all these employees standing around talking to each other not doing anything the staff member looks at the food infront of her to realize it’s ours which has been sitting right there getting cold she hands us the food and says have a good one no sorry for the wait or anything, the food was cold and dry and honestly would of been better off going somewhere else, I’ve worked in fast food before this was completely ridiculous never again will...
