I’m a regular here, and I’ve tried just about every coffee spot in the neighbourhood. What I appreciate most about Euro Bean Café and Bar is their reliability—they’re open when others are closed, and I know I can always count on them. Contrary to what some might say, I genuinely enjoy the coffee here. The food is consistent, with a greater variety than any other café in town, and the staff have always treated me warmly. Their outdoor area, complete with cover and lighting, makes it comfortable in all weather. The location is central and convenient, and unlike many places that come and go, Euro Bean has stood the test of time—year after year, delivering the same dependable service. And if you ever doubt their popularity, just stop by on a holiday or a sunny day—you’ll always find the place buzzing with people.

I’m not normally one to give lacklustre reviews but this experience was quite disappointing. We went for breakfast on a Monday morning, wanting to try something new. First off, the lady who served us was abrupt and it almost seemed like we were bothering her. The food was quite pricey and the extras were a tad pricey for what we got (we ordered bacon and got maybe, 1 rasher) and some smashed avo for our baby which was maybe, 1/5 of an Avo at most. Eggs were cooked well though and the coffee was good. I just feel that in stark comparison to the cafes in the area, it wasn’t impressive.

Been here numerous times with my family. Weve always been very impressed with the service and the food quality and found it to be good value for money. We also like to support local family business and highly recommend Euro Bean! The location is a bonus with beach front views! So our teenagers have tried both Beef and Chicken burgers, my husband has tried the traditional Lamb Yeros and I tried the grilled Wild Baramundi today. They are reasonably priced and the service is exceptional, the wait time is minimal and seating is always available. P.S The coffee is also GREAT! Leanne

A regular go to for me. Especially Sunday mornings for breakfast. Great views with excellent coffee. Good value for money. Family/ child friendly.

Coffee - excellent ( one of the best around, always consistent ) Food - fresh plentiful well prepared and well presented Service- welcoming and friendly View - lake and ocean / beach views Cost - low to medium / very good value Menu - A vast array of food and drink choices for all / breakfast lunch dinner snacks coffee shakes alcoholic drinks / kids menu / desserts / specials / vegetarian options etc. Parking -on side streets or plenty in multi story car park behind restaurant- free parking (in very busy periods it’s sometimes hard to get a spot) Wait time for food - normal 10-30 minutes / peak times 30-60 minutes / holidays 60min + Order and pay at counter ( inside ) - staff deliver to table Food Portion sizes - average to large

In All the times I’ve ever eaten here my order has been correct hot and fresh every time, I have never had any issues with anything served to me and never sent anything back. Every order is always spot on, and that’s a rarity in any busy restaurant.

Only cons - takes a long time in holiday and peak periods to get food ( which is understandable as it is located in main tourist strip ) and the pace of clearing and cleaning of table’s could be improved.

Table water is provided - but only if...

I went here on my own on a sunday at 10:30 and yes it was very busy. But thought I’d get a coffee and a breakfast on their specials board. I was looked at like she did not have the faintest idea what i was talking about! The coffee came out i finished it, I sipped slowly so i could have it with my breakfast but 15 minutes later thought wth just finish it. 40 minutes later i got the breakfast which was cold and on burnt toast. Do i send back and wait another 40 minutes or do i just order another coffee and continue on my merry way? Well i decided to order another coffee (and got a taste of same attitude from the short haired waitress when i asked for a regular long black apparently i had to say medium, regular was not acceptable terminology for her) and started eating.. my coffee had still not arrived by the time i finished breakfast. When i then asked for my coffee takeaway the barista asked the waiter why she wasnt told it was takeaway. Well the answer dumbfounded me apparently it was all because i changed my mind. Noooo it is because it took you guys an eternity to bring breakfast and coffee.. very disappointing...

I'm not sure If it was an off day for them today - we saw a lot of reviews that said the food was good and the service was fast however we had a terrible experience.

When we ordered we were told that there would be up to a half an hour wait, which was fine with us as we could see it was peak hour. We waited for 40 minutes, nothing had come out, so we went in to ask where our order was and they mentioned that it would be next. We waited another 20mins and then the food finally came out. We ended up waiting an hour from ordering for our food for it to arrive. Multiple other tables were also left waiting for their food, and they had lost the docket for another table. To top it off, the food was very mediocre, served unseasoned. For the price we paid it was not worth the experience and food. And there were flies flying around everywhere and it presented itself as unhygenic.

The location is great and I'm sure that on a regular day the wait isn't this long, however I would be wary that if you visit, you may have to wait a long time for food that isn't...
