Thornlie Kebabs — Restaurant in Thornlie

The kebab was good, but far out the service needs working on. Maybe caught them on a bad night but they were all chatting happily in Arabic to the other customers that came in.

I walked in, smiled and said "how's your day"... No response. Then placed my order and said thanks... No response, no smile. Also, there was a young fella sitting ON the service bench on his phone.

Then they shout out that my order is ready and I go up (to a different guy this time) and say "thanks man, have a good night"... What do you know, no response other than a grunt.

I tried thornlie kebabs out due to the good reviews, but even though my local place has kebabs that aren't as good, I'll honestly probably continue going there as the service...

Even though they were really busy, they still provided really great service with a smile! Firstly we were so grateful to find somewhere that still open at 9pm! We bought 2 Kebabs and 2 meat boxes tonight and got exactly what we ordered which sadly is not always the case when we dine out! The ingredients were both fresh and tasty. My husband and daughter both loved how the meat box had salt on the chips and the cheese was melted between the meat and chip layers! I loved how you provide the option of pineapple with the kebabs… an option I haven’t seen in over 20 years and LOVE!!! Thank you for a fantastic experience that satisfied 4 very hungry and fussy family...

I ordered a beef burger no bun no salad through uber eats. Possibly one of the easiest things you can do. But no you sent me a Turkish bun with what can only be described as doner meat chopped up inside it. Total waste of time I don't eat doner meat. Hence I did not order doner meat.

45 minutes after the above review: To add insult to injury uber eats have just called to ask if you can call me to discuss as I must have understanding about what happened. What happened was you did not make the item requested so I've made myself something for dinner. Nothing you can say will change this so you don't need to call and I do not need...
