Me , my husband and my brothers came for dinner. We did order 4 falooda kulfe around 10:30pm. We waited for someone to give us the water bottle we asked the staff kamal to give us water bottle. She was hanging around near till and we all was waiting and looking at her to give us water bottle. After waiting for another 5 min she looked at us and realise she had to give us water and then She given us water. We just had the ice cream and after we was waiting for someone to come on our table so we could order food. The staff kamal was looking at us and passed us really weird comment Staff kamal said " Am I looking weird". We all got surprised as we was just waiting for her to look at us so we could order our food but after she reacted really weird in loud tone. We all fell uncomfortable. We stand up just to have a chat with other staff and express our views. As we was just only looking at her just to order our further food. STAFF KAMAL came next to the girl at till to whom we was talking and complaining. Me and my husband tried to explain her ' sister , you are not looking weird. This is centre point for the restaurant and this is normal customer look at waiter if they wanted to order something'. As this is normal. We wasn't looking at you in any weird way. We told her we dont want to eat our food as we don't feel good here. We told staff kamal you being really loud and rude to us.

Read moreNestled in a warm, inviting corner, this Afghan restaurant truly stands out with a unique charm and an authentic homage to Afghan cuisine. From the moment I entered, the ambiance enveloped me with its elegant decor and subtle Afghan motifs, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. specialty. The long-grain rice, tender lamb, and sweet raisins melded perfectly, creating a dish that was both hearty and refined. The lamb, in particular, was cooked to perfection, with a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness that highlighted the chef’s skill. However, a slightly stronger infusion of spices in the rice would have elevated the dish even further, bringing out its full aromatic potential.
The service was attentive and well-paced, allowing time to savor each dish. Our server was knowledgeable, offering thoughtful recommendations that added to the experience. My only critique would be a minor delay in service during peak hours, but it was quickly overshadowed by the staff’s professionalism and courteous demeanor. Nonetheless, this is a place I would eagerly revisit, savoring the flavors and warmth it so thoughtfully presents. A well-deserved...
Read moreVisited Fresh Point today, and the experience was beyond disappointing. I waited for over 30 minutes for my order without any updates. When I politely inquired about the delay, a staff member, who mentioned he’s from Pakistan, responded in the most unprofessional and rude manner. Instead of addressing my concern, he had the audacity to say, “Why are you in such a hurry? What will you do?”
The wait time might have been frustrating, but the words he chose to use were completely unacceptable. It’s clear that the staff here lacks basic customer service skills and has no idea how to interact with customers. If you’ve ever studied customer service and hospitality, you should know how to handle conflicts, not escalate them. Please, you need to learn how to treat customers according to Australian standards. I suggest that the staff at Fresh Point seriously consider re-taking their courses and learn some basic ethics and manners.
I won’t be returning and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want to be treated...
