Not what it used to be. We have come here for dinner every winter season for last 10 years. It used to be very classy, with white table cloths and nice quiet music. We booked 8pm Sunday night expecting it to be a quiet dinner but found the guests were all cramed into the foyer area close to the kitchen, with all the quiet tables next to the windows empty. The two of us were seated in between two large very drunk and rowdy groups who were swearing and yelling loudly. They had copious amounts of alcoholic beverages on their table, and having an RSA my self I certainly would have asked them to leave the premises. The mains were barramundi which was very salty, and pasta which was bad. The pasta was very under-cooked and cold. When the waitress finally asked after we had finished our meals how they were, when we quietly replied that the pasta was cold and undercooked she completely ignored the response and walked off to get the bill! Sad to see such a great place go down hill because of poor...
Read moreWe so loved this surprise discovery in Thredbo Village , “The Terrace restaurant “ that we went back twice in two days. The Apres’ bar downstairs was a lovely place to grab a cocktail and pre dinner drink before going upstairs to the restaurant. It’s such a cool bar with a cosy fireplace and friendly barman , Josh. The restaurant has great views up to the mountain and is a very smart and romantic venue with a great menu. Their mushroom linguine ragu was amazing and expertly prepared by Tristen , their chef. Our servers Marina and Daniel were so professional, attentive and personable. We will definitely go back again when we next...

Definitely recommend if you’re coming to Thredbo any time of the year, you won’t be...
