When I came in a staff member looked at my group and I waiting at the front to order and said nothing, leaving us awkwardly standing around, while continuing to look up at us multiple times not saying a word, not even providing an explanation as to why we were waiting (keep in mind we were the only people in there), until their coworker came up. Such a gem to Acai bowl and other desserts and drinks in this busy area. The menu had lots of Asian fusion flavors. The coconut bowl and bamboo drink bottle makes the desserts more unique. Their pink bowl with dragon fruits is really good, so as Acai and blue bowl. So many ingredients served, and can be very fillings too. Their chai smoothie also very good. Went to order bowl today and asked how long it would take as I had somewhere to get to, was told would be 10 min. Patiently waited and after 20 minutes and staff seeing me waiting i needed to go to counter and I asked how much longer it would be? They all had no idea where the docket was. Asked for my money back and won’t go back again. I don’t understand how a staff member who served you can look at you waiting and not follow up considering I asked about the period would take to make.
