Disappointing. Held a birthday dinner here last night. Menus were messed up as some didn't contain all meals and some did. Service was terrible. Waitress came and took 2 orders, then went to get eftpos. Then put eftpos back... forgot about us for a while. Came back, took another 2 orders, went back for eftpos. Forgot about us for a while. There was 16 other people waiting to order on our table. And they just kept taking 2 orders at a time. My brother moved to our table to talk to someone. A different waitress came back and went to take the other tables order, someone pointed out my brother hadn't ordered. Waitress abruptly stated "No, apparently everyone on that table has ordered" instead of nicely confirming with my brother. It was just a shitfest to be honest. Horrible meals, terrible service, never go! Been there twice for inlaw family events and both times were terrible. Went on a Saturday night and without our group they would have done 12 meals, astoundingly low! Heaps of empty tables. Waiters were terrible, mixed up meals, slow, accused us of lying to them about not hearing a meal came out - our guess is she went to the wrong table - were rude and utterly disorganised. Meals came out 20-30 mins apart in some cases. This experience matches when I went three years ago. I am raising concerns about the accessibility of the disabled signage on the toilet doors at the Traralgon RSL. The current sign is only a sticker and not a raised tactile sign, making it difficult for people who are blind or vision impaired to identify which toilets to use. I have approached the staff members multiple times about this issue, but nothing has been done over a long period of time.

These signs are not very costly to purchase, and it is a simple fix that would greatly enhance accessibility for all patrons. I don’t want to have to go to the Human Rights Commission over such a simple issue that can...
