This place is quite messy, no one knows what they are doing, There are many school children working here it looks. This is a problem with the managers/management.
I went there yesterday (04/10/2020) put an order ,Order #158 at around 5.00 PM ( 3 coffee , 1 burger , 1 Pinneaple cake ..cost around 24$ ) So after around 15 minutes I got my three coffees ( its an awful hot chocolate I ever had from Maccas) , They asked whether my cake should be toasted , I said yes please...after waiting around 20 minutes as I did not get my burger or Pinneple cake, so I went with my wife to ask what happened to my burger and cake ..the cake was with them next to there order machine and they gave the cake to me ( like its my mistake ) . Then I asked about the burger ..they told me that they already gave me the burger !!! ..I told them i never got a burger and asked them to check the video camera right on top there...then there comes the manager. She says that the girls gave me the burger. And I insisted to look at the camera above order machine. They treated me like a thief trying to get an extra burger.. manager then sarcastically laughed and said .." I will give you another burger " like I'm a burger thief , after waiting for another 15 minutes I got a burger. There was no apology ..nothing...am I a burger thief ??? common I make enough money , I was treated like a thief over there. I expect an apology from McDonald and this management! This place should change their game plan for sure!!
I don't think anyone really like this place or service , there was another guy complaining at that time who got watery coffee..so this place is a quite messy and no management! I honestly suspect people who gave 5 stars for this place are either employees working there or some friends of the management!
Everyone makes mistakes ..im okay with that, but they should be humble enough for an apology! ( this has happened to me at hungry jacks onetime, they surely did apologize! ) ..im not crying about not giving my ordered burger. What I am so disappointed is that their attitude towards customers. They treated me like a beggar or a thief!
McDonalds should investigate the service and change the managers/management over there if they do not want to tarnish their brand name anymore...

At 5.35pm today I did drive thru at maccas and asked for a Tall Black Coffee and a dirt chai with extra shot of coffee on soy milk also tall. I received correct dirty chai and a small black coffee which I said was wrong I asked for tall black when placing the order. After a being ask to park they were delivered I said it was to be a large black and returned it at which point I can only assume the duty manager came out and proceeded to tell me that’s what I ordered at which I explained to her that was not what I ordered she then proceeded to tell me that did not nor appreciate the way I was speaking to her and during the next part of the conversation turn around and told me I was ungrateful now I can appreciate that she did not like the fact that I was expressing my opinion but for her to blame me for her incompetence and say I was ungrateful was just one step to far so to try to resolve the problem I said I would like a large coffee black and I would pay the difference. I had not touch the coffee she was holding so covid could not be brought into this dispute and she said no she could not do that that I could only have what I had ordered. So basically if I wanted the coffee I ordered I would have to go back thu the drive thru and order and pay for another one. At this point she put her hand up to her eye and said Oh My God as you can well imagine this did not go well with me so I took the coffee she was holding and left. If this is the way Mac Donald’s is training there staff then they need to take a long look at themselves ignorance and bad manners go hand in hand is this what you are teaching these teenagers. At no time did I use foul language to make my point to this young person. In the last month I have had four incidents over the word tall which is the word that was on a sign with cups in on the counter of the Mac cafe in this store for years I had to relearn to use that word when ordering coffee at Maccas but I was told that Tall and Small sounded the same I...
Read moreI used to work here and had mixed feelings about the job. Whilst I enjoyed operating various machines and interacting with customers, certain younger managers (esp Brayden) and coworkers made it unbearable. I would be constantly spoken to with condescension and treated with contempt and often felt guilty for not being immediately perfect at something I had never done before. I attempted to learn how to operate the drive-thru section and it was the happiest I ever felt at that job since I was able to avoid being around certain problematic managers and coworkers and could instead focus on honing my customer service and cash handling skills. I ended up leaving anyway due to the significant amount of stress this job caused me. Also decided it wasn’t worth it to lose sleep over being in a work environment where I didn’t even feel safe just existing in the general kitchen area. Some coworkers and managers were chill and made it slightly more tolerable but regardless, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who’s on the quieter side and visibly ethnic. Don’t like to jump to such conclusions but it’s not exactly subtle when you notice yourself being treated with a strange amount of venom and disrespect for seemingly no reason…learn to treat people like humans and not robots. Maybe this place would get better reviews if things weren’t so toxic...
