Coffee Guru Ulladulla — Restaurant in Ulladulla

Ordered 2 breakfast meals for myself and daughter. The waitress was very friendly, I ordered the eggs Benedict and a BLT, I paid extra for the smoked salmon and the guy making the coffees at the counter heard my order and said he has to check if they have salmon - he returned and said yes he has the smoked salmon, I thought that was a red flag but anyway I decided to sit down and wait for breakfast. I glanced over at the little window into the kitchen and another red flag was seeing the guy smell the packet of smoked salmon!! I felt very uneasy and I probably should have just left but regrettably I didn’t.. The food was delivered to my table by the lovely waitress. I immediately was disappointed at my meal as soon as I laid eyes on it. There was hardly any hollandaise sauce over the small eggs and the salmon was definitely not the fresh. I did not finish or even want to finish the meal that I was very looking forward to eating. Such a let down!! Not a happy customer, won’t ever return or...

When trying to activate a Gift Card at Woolies, two supervisors curtly told us they couldn't help and rudely turned away. It was all we had for food before pension day. We entered Coffee Guru next door to buy 2 coffees and discovered we were a dollar short, so we asked for one to share. We must have looked really dejected because the young lady behind the counter immediately insisted that we have the 2 coffees and then gave us $3 change to restore our dignity. When she served our coffees, the owner was behind her with a complimentary muffin. The coffee was delicious but it was the spontaneous kindness in their service that warmed our hearts. They brought our coffee 15 minutes before our food the cook came out and asked us 3 times if Turkish bread would be okay I said for myself yes but not for my husband so after a while his wife went next door into Woolworths and bought a loaf of bread when our sandwiches arrived mine came first and after a few minutes hubby sandwich arrived will not be going back...
