As I walked into the Japanese Bento restaurant, I was relieved to see that the fire exits were not only clearly marked, but also conveniently placed near the kids playground. This attention to safety made me feel at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy my meal.
Speaking of the meal, the food was absolutely delicious. The classic bento box was a feast for the senses, with perfectly cooked rice, tender teriyaki chicken, and fresh vegetables. The sushi rolls were also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
But what really impressed me was the clever placement of the fire exits. As a parent, safety is always a top concern when dining out with my children. The fact that the fire exits were located near the kids playground not only made it easy to keep an eye on them, but also gave me peace of mind knowing that we could quickly evacuate in the event of an emergency.
Overall, I highly recommend this Japanese Bento restaurant for its delicious food and attention to safety. Whether you're dining with your family or on your own, you can enjoy your meal knowing that you're...
Read moreReally disappointed tonight. I am a regular customer (weekly) I phoned tonight and placed my order, I arrived and took a seat to wait for my order to be called out. The young lady did not even acknowledge that I had walked into the store, same with another gentleman, who walked out after waiting and not even be served. I heard the bell ring and an order came out, she placed them to the side and continued making her sushi rolls, after 10 minutes, I asked about my order, and she picked up the food that had been sitting there for 10 minutes getting cold, when I questioned her about that order and mentioned I had been waiting 15 min in store, and that food had been sitting there for 10 min, she said ‘no, it had only just come out and was still hot. After my drive home to Forth, my food was as cold as the coleslaw! I feel better customer service is needed. When a customer walks into your store, to buy your food, and support your business, at least greet your customers instead of ignoring them. This has happened twice in the last two weeks, by the same...
Read moreI bought two sushi rolls and wanted to take them away in a little paper bag as is common. I was told they had no paper bags so the rolls were put in a plastic container before I could say anything. I said I didn’t want to waste plastic and could they please put the rolls on a plate so I could eat them at a table. I was told there were no plates. I said this surely could not be the case and could the young woman please look in the kitchen for a plate. She came back with a small plate and literally slapped the cut up sushi rolls onto it. It was a most unpleasant experience with terrible customer service. Don’t recommend to anyone who cares about completely...
