I recently dined at Indian Corner Ulverstone and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The food was simply terrible, starting with the kadai paneer which had a terrible taste and was not enjoyable at all. The garlic naan was equally disappointing, being both soggy and stale. To make matters worse, we asked for a custom order for my vegan and lactose intolerant mother, requesting stir fried vegetables and mushrooms with salt and pepper. What we received instead were boiled veggies straight out of a frozen vegetable pack, which were tasteless and unappetizing. The server was not attentive, despite there being only two occupied tables. We were not served water and when we finally did receive water, it was chilled without the server bothering to ask if we wanted it at room temperature. After paying the bill, I attempted to speak with the manager, only to be told that the owner was at the counter. The owner was incredibly unconcerned and dismissive of any feedback I had to offer, refusing to apologize or take any responsibility for the terrible food and service. Overall, my experience at Indian Corner Ulverstone was an absolute disappointment. I spent $69 on trash food and terrible service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and would strongly suggest avoiding it at all costs.

Wonderful place in this town centre of Ulverstone. Service was exceptional and very attentive. The food was fantastic. We had tandoori prawns and Reshima Chicken kebabs for starters both dishes were faultless and yummy, we also had Prawns Goan (mild) and Lamb korma medium was packed with flavours and a great amount of heat. The garlic naan bread was to die for best I have eaten. Do your self a favour and visit this little restaurant.

Not Indian food at all. So much food color, so that I find it hard to wipe it off my hands. I am happy that this is in consensus with reviews of other Indians.. For the owners - please reduce the food color...🙏🏾 It's not safe for the customers..

I am Indian origin and tried this restaurant.

We tried some of vegetarian curries and starters. None of them was up to even basic standard.

Palak paneer was more like tomato gravy, without that rich spinach taste, without an iota of spinach in it. Samosa filling tasted of raw turmeric, pretty bad. I don’t know how someone can do such a disgusting job to samosa.

The green kebab, felt alright, but it was more like frozen food reheated.

The dal makhani, was eatable, but nothing even close to how it should be.

Anyone who is having here, this is not what authentic tasty food is like. We didn’t even consume it, and ended up ordering something else from another restaurant . 60$ down...

Had a ordered from Take away menu. Has charged $4 extra than the given menu and didn’t give the proper quantity as well. $17.50 for butter chicken. When we ordered from phone they did not said anything . When we asked why it’s different then they keep saying that’s the menu from mainlands. How can We can see the phone number and address on google and when we go websites it goes with different Indian corners. It was like fake advertising of their menu. Never going back.

Really had a...
