Olivers was the best bakery we visited in our 3 months on the Island. We got a couple very mediocre pies early on so assumed Tassie wasn’t a ‘pie state’ and left it at that. Glad we found this gem on our last days though We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day for more pies/cakes and bread, even took cold ones home for later! Well the upper pastry was nice and flaky, the bottom pastry was pretty stodgy but it stopped the pie filling falling out.
