KFC Ulverstone — Restaurant in Ulverstone

I've purchased food from KFC on many occasions, generally the same few Meals, It's disappointing almost every single time, I've had a bit of a bet with myself and proved myself correct so will not purchase from here again, Generally a burger meal with an extra piece of chicken, almost every single time that piece of chicken is a wing and sometimes a leg, The burger usually has a dry piece of chicken in it, there is more lettuce In the paper than in the burger, I have once in all the many times I've bought here had a decent piece of chicken included in the meal. Also the three piece box generally consists of a bony piece of chicken a wing or two or sometimes a leg.. very rarely do you get anything any better, the chicken is often overcooked. I've had chicken pieces that were so overcooked and dry I wouldn't feed it to a stray dog. Customer service is ok, generally though the assumption is that they can't be bothered and just want you to hurry up with your order. I don't understand how they get so many stars because they simply don't deserve them. I have noticed you receive better meals in other places outside of Ulverstone. Ordered food from the delightful Emily who just radiated hatred, not only was my chicken stacked well (I ordered a zinger stacker) so we're her tantrum antics it started with the usual huff n puff and eye rolls to swearing under her breath and throwing bins around dramatically while trying to empty them if bin throwing was a sport she'd fail at that almosy as well as she fails at customer service dreadful effort. Went into the ulvy store today at about 3.10pm and it wasn't very busy at all. Normally the store is great couldn't fault it but today was terrible the young girl working in front of house, Amelie needs a lot more customer services as she had a lot of people waiting and didn't give them any kind of acknowledgment to the customers what so never.
