Planted Coffee House — Restaurant in Victor Harbor

Third and last visit and I have to wonder... is this like the Seinfeld Soup Shop episode? Am I not following the hidden secret rules? Am I banned? No soup for you? I order and wait, awkwardly as it is a tiny place with very few seats. People come in after me and soon after, walk out with their coffees. For sometimes ten, twelve minutes I wait, and wait, more people come in, order and get theirs. I go to the counter and ask about my order, maybe it's fallen off the little magnetic holder so I'm polite, and I'm snapped at "We're getting to it next we're VERY BUSY!"

Just odd. Once was odd, the second time wasn't too bad, only maybe 2 people after me got theirs first. The third time it was maybe 8 orders seemed to jump me! I know it's a slightly wanky hipster joint and I'm not the 'in crew', but still, not cool to serve people you know or regulars first. Was good coffee too,...

I used to Own a cafe so I asked for a warm coffee 50° will be perfect. I was presented with an extra hot coffee and when I said to the staff member that was too hot she said “it will cooldown?” I said no I’d like another one. It was disappointing that she didn’t want to take ownership for the fact that she didn’t tell the barista of the temperature I required. Coffee was cold, they forgot to make 1 coffee, ordered food which sat in the toaster for 5 minutes after it was done then plated up and left for a further 5 minutes which was then served cold, almond croissant came with no butter which then took extra time to arrange butter, overall a very poor service, maybe a senior member of staff to help guid3 the kids that were working, as a whole extremely disappointed, will have second thoughts about...
