Hi, I ordered an ultimate combo regular. The burger comes with original recipe fillet. It is clearly mentioned in the specifications. I got the burger, it was the smallest fillet in a burger i have ever seen in my life at KFC. I told the attendant why it is that small. She did not say anything and just called her manager. She told that we have got the chicken this time and the whole batch is having this size. She said she cannot do anything. I was pretty confident that she is just misleading me because from my appearance as a foreigner, she knew I cannot say her rudely. If there would be a local person, I know she would have changed it straight away. The story climax happens later. I decided to order an original fillet alone. This time it was accurate size. Approximately 2.5 times bigger than the one I got in the burger. If you will see that, you will see only bun not a fillet. So, I called her again that why now the size is accurate as you told me that you have not big size in the batch. This time she was saying everything except a proper answer to my question. She started trying to say anything that she could say because she knew that she has been caught. So I clearly told her that you were simply misleading me. So, I would like to complain that I do not expect this kind of service from KFC staff that you start misleading someone for merely a burger. Read moreWent to this kfc tonight 30/3 at like 8:30, i tried to order a 2 piece box along with some other things and i had to change my order twice due to there not being any chicken. I know this seems negative but, those who have any knowledge of hospitality jobs would know these things happen!! Immediately the staff notified us really politely, and i believe the manager spoke to me (young blonde woman) - she was so super kind even under the stressful circumstances, and generously adjusted the order to make up for what couldn’t be given. It was just a really good experience because she didn’t actually have to be so apologetic and could have just made me take a refund, but instead took time out of her night to take care with the order.
