Bakers Delight Victor Harbor — Restaurant in Victor Harbor

Terrible customer service. I have been in business all my life, key to success is have the right people in customer service, look after them and train them to look after the customer. I just went to buy hot dog rolls at the victor harbour bakers delight. There were 2 people behind the till and hot dog rolls sitting on the counter. I picked up the hot dog rolls to purchase them but the young inexperienced girl behind the counter said we are closed (by 2 mins) I won't serve you. I had the rolls in my hand and cash in the other, I said. You won't sell these to me She said , no I will not. The rolls were about to go in the bin and I had cash to buy them. Anyhow, she refused. The worst most immature customer service I have experienced. Bakers delight Victor Harbour do not deserve your business, they have contempt and no respect for their customers. Shop at the local bakery in the main street, way better products than BD, and they appreciate...

While we understood the need to pack up to close on time at 1700 today, but to remove all the tags which described what were on the shelves was unacceptable. When staff asked what we wanted, I said there were no tags. She said we were preparing to close. What??? It was only 1630...

Very friendly service is good they make Mimi pizzas .Mini hot dogs.and cakes and the bread rolls are always freshly made they also at Christmas have mince pies which are delicious .and fruit cakes .highly recommend if you want a quick snack or lunch or fresh cakes...
