Walked in and walked straight out. They had the kebab rotisserie switched off with the chicken just standing at room temperature. Sorry, but no food poisoning for me thanks.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: No, I'm not a competitor of yours, nor do I even live in Ballarat. I know what I saw, please don't try to discredit my review. People are entitled to call you out on your unhygienic food practices, and in doing so, warn others of the associated health risks.
You were quiet that day, and had nobody else in your shop. You're not the only Kebab shop that does this, I've witnessed a few others do the same. Its unacceptable.
If you're quiet, and you find the meat is cooking faster than you can sell it, you slice it and place it in a warmer at 60 degrees celcius or above. YOU DON'T under any circumstances, turn the rotisseri burners off and allow the temperature of the meat to fall into what's considered a breeding ground for bacteria.
