Burg & Co. — Restaurant in Victoria

Been there twice now. Overall, really yummy burgers for an unbelievably cheap price considering how much you pay in other areas like the suburbs ($12 for a fried chicken burger here vs $19 for the same but worse in the central suburbs)! The burgers are a nice size, very filling, and SO tasty, and there is so much variety given the location! The fries unfortunately have been a bit on the cold side both times I've been, and the burgers are never marked so we don't know which one is which, but that's a very very minor point. Some of the burgers are different to what I'd expect from a small burger joint in a town like Drouin, which is amazing considering you often have to go more into the suburbs for a selection of different chicken and beef burgers, let alone vegetarian and vegan options which by the way sound delicious too. The staff are also quite friendly. I really hope this place succeeds as I would love to support them and see a good burger place stick around. $12 for a fried chicken burger is awesome, and even better value for a burger that tastes AMAZING.

EDIT: The cheeseburger loaded fries are THE BEST loaded fries I have EVER eaten! They are so filled with toppings and are so delicious. I hope they become a permanent part of the menu because I honestly would call in every week...

BUT thought I'd try the fried chicken burger after trying other burgers there And I'm converted back to chicken burgers after that one It was perfect just like every other burger ive had there . And I didn't feel like I'd ingested 15 litres of oil like KFC makes you feel like after . Poor customer service on multiple occasions. While staff have generally been polite, the management is awful. Orders take 2-3 times longer than estimate given, and worst is that the business keeps their online ordering services (Gippsland eats and so on) online and available when they have no intention of taking orders. Please turn them off when you can’t handle the business you’re receiving, instead of waiting until the order should be ready to pick up, to cancel and reject.

Not to mention the multiple errors made with customer orders in the times I’ve been there alone.
