The customer service (or lack there of) I experienced tonight by yourself has left me amazed, I can only assume you were having a bad night, judging by the past reviews on here.
After trying for more than 30mins to place our dinner order via phone, I decided rather then go somewhere I should drive down to place our order in person, to help support your local business..
When placing my order I mention to the young lady taking my order that i had been having trouble getting through on the phone and it was either not ringing at all or ringing out, Myself and at least 2 other waiting customers were completely shocked baffled at your statement of "Mate don't call we wont answer, if you want to jump the que take a card and next time scan it and order online", my reply of "you don't your customers calling you" was meet with "yer MATE whatever"........ Quite simply put if you don't wish customers to call then simply remove your phone number for any advertising, otherwise provide the service your business advertises, if your customer chooses to use that SERVICE.
You may wonder how I know the other 2 customers were as shocked as I, Both actually approached me to shared their experiences tonight while I waited outside for my order to be filled,
Here is what they cared to share.
The lady directly behind me had driven down after her call was placed on hold (phone sat on bench) for over 10 mins and finally simply hung up on, according to her you were not interested in hearing her feedback either.
The gentleman in his last 20's after her in line had placed his order online with "doordash" at 6pm, at 7:30pm after trying to call 5 or 6 times he decided to drive down also, only to be told " Yer mate, we're not doing deliveries tonight" and his food must have been sitting under the heater for quite some time, needless to say after hearing how myself and the lady were also spoken to he vowed never to return also...
I can only hope that my experience and those of the other 2 customers tonight is in fact extremely out of character, otherwise I believe people may trend away for your establishment.
Now to in finishing, I usually only ever leave reviews of my positive experiences and this is actually my first ever poor review, I usually discuss any issues/problems with the manager to give them the opportunity take any feedback onboard and deal with it as they best see fit, as you will recall I offered to call you the next day as it was painfully obvious you were not coping with the night, for some reason you took that as an invitation follow me out your door and explain how your customer (ME) was wrong and as a fellow business owner I SHOULD understand...

Read moreI’ve given the new owners 3 different attempts, each time something has been messed up. This last time was the last straw and I will no longer order from here again. Not only did they put our kebabs in the wrong bags so what the bags had marked were not what were on the kebabs inside, but they put raw onion on my 5 year olds kebab that we specifically asked for no onion on, we asked for and were charged to add cheese to her kebab and low and behold no freaking cheese but happy to take the extra money for it. We had ordered her a chicken kebab and she got lamb, mine was swimming in sauce so bad I could not physically eat it as it was disgusting and my housemate asked for tomato and got none.
