Coffee Co. Bendigo — Restaurant in Victoria

I went through the drive through and pulled up to the car next to me to ask the driver if he was in the line, after he said yes I proceeded to go back and pull in behind him but slightly out of the line. (I wasn’t familiar with the line process do to being from out of town) Afterwards more cars pulled in behind me and and an employee said we had to go to the back of the line as we didn’t line up properly. Even though I explained we were there for a while before the other cars we were told we still had to go to the back of the line when we were in front of all the other cars. Very disappointed...

Walked up to the window 2 Days in a row first order was 19 coffees and 15 sandwiches.The girls were shocked but got it done with a smile and took it as a challenge. All while still serving multiple customers in drive through. The following day we ordered 13 coffees and 9 sandwiches and they all came to the window had a chat and a laugh. Not only are the team friendly but the coffee and Sandwiches...

I’m so disappointed, second time this week I bought coffee co coffee out of desperation… Both have been undrinkable. Like instant coffees with a dribble of milk (when I ordered a latte)! It’s awful when you’re spending money on a service only to be so disappointed.

I think the staff are lovely, it’s just the inconsistency of quality.
