What type of business owner can justify the type of response to a customer? This is defensive and shows you are unable to take any criticism.
40 minutes for a coffee is ridiculous. Food came out in 20, which we can all understand, but coffee? Come on.

Be happy because you are patronised by local community you have a functioning business which runs of a community centre leased kitchen. Otherwise you wouldn’t have a business. The mistake in the ordering was mine ,but your attitude and response plus the lack of respect and confidentiality in resolving issues is not appreciated at all. At 8:40 am in the morning I don’t need loud music of a person wailing trying to sing jazz, in a beautiful park I’m happy to sit quietly. The coffee looked ok but the taste was a letdown. I ordered poached eggs and bacon. The eggs were over cooked and although there was a generous serve of bacon, it was very dry and was on a slice of bread thick enough to use as a doorstop. The coffee came quickly but the food was a very long time coming and the cafe wasn’t busy. Next time I’ll try another place.
15/01/2021 Just to add insult to injury, the manager replied to me and made out I was the bad man and it was all my fault because I chose to write a less than favourable review. Not only are they not able to take any criticism but then the customer has to be replied to in a very nasty way.
