Gloria Jean's Traralgon — Restaurant in Victoria

Arrived at 3 for a coffee and staff started to pack away chairs,I asked if they were closing and he said not till 4.30. Take away service only after 3.30, said no worries would try and be out of the chairs before then.. Then got the worst coffee / hot chocolate and iced coffee we’ve ever had , but shut up and drank them anyway.. They started to mop around us at 3.45 and I said hang on a minute we’re leaving, and the very rude male staff member said he didn’t have a minute and that if we didn’t like it we should leave and never come back.. not to worry, would never go back I’ve heard bad reports before but couldn’t believe how bad...

Had a lovely visit to Gloria Jean’s Traralgon today! Tried the Crème Brûlée and Matcha Pistachio Pappi Hot Chocolate both absolutely delicious. The place is spacious, cozy, and spotless, with plenty of roadside and nearby parking. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
