JJ Korean Chicken & BBQ — Restaurant in Victoria

2 days ago i went here beacuse my friend recomended this resto. When i enterd the resto it was busy but inside still had 1 table free, than the lady greeting me and ask for how many people and i said dine-in for 1 person. She look the free table in front of the caser and said sorry this cannot for 1 person and said it was reserved (there is no sign reserved) and she said if you want you can sit outsite. The table outside was FULL. I ask for the menu and went outside (i heard her friend said "she can share the table here" but she did not stop me) and decided to take away. I went inside again and order the BBQ single order (spicy chicken) and she said sorry this menu cannot take away you can choose another menu. I was sooooo annoyed with her and it was rude for me and i felt DISCRIMINATED and i said to her I cancel the order and went out. Hope their foods is good but the...

This was a good find in Mildura if you want casual meals or comfort food. We ordered the half-half fried chicken (Original and Spicy). The chicken was definitely crispy and the spicy sauce does have a little kick to it with a sweet note. There were some rough edges that could be improved but it would not stop me from coming back here. The rough edges: the drum stick was raw (I'd suggest to cut it in half or 3 quarters to cook a drumstick properly), We've been spoiled by the "big city korean places" with unlimited kimchi and pickles so it would be nice if these were also served, the Original chicken needed more salt where some were moist but some where dry which suggests the chicken was not cooked evenly, and the rice...

This is a tiny hidden gem in Mildura for people who love genuine Korean food. Being a couple of streets off from busy dining streets of Mildura, it is a bit difficult to locate the shop. It is a small business but the served food was very delicious. It is presented like more genuine old-style home kitchen food. The presentation of the dishes has some to be improved but the taste of the dishes compensates this well enough. The young Korean couple who seem to run the business also do the all kitchen cooking work themshelves. They definatelty has great talents and expect this restaurant much busier in the near future. This is my favorite Korean restaurant now and I think this they serve best tasting genuine Korean...
