Marina Pizza Mildura — Restaurant in Victoria

Well this is my Families second attempt at leaving a honest review on this Pizza shop since our last was taken down by someone clearly unprofessional and not use to accountability!.,

This place has gone so down hill , from the quality of the food and the service , and all the locals know it!.,

And complaints are never taken serious!,

People are paying good money for good quality food and service and they are just not getting that!.,

Let's just hope that they are making sure to use gloves when preparing the food!., and i do not mean wearing gloves to make the Pizza's but then also answer the phones and touching all bench tops while wearing those very same gloves!, if you are going to wear gloves as you should , then change them once you answer a phone or touch anything else!.,

Most of their delivery people are all so rude that they do not even bother to say hello or good bye!.,

And the fact that they have a surcharge on Pizzas at Easter and other Holidays like Christmas!, is just Cheeky! , cheeky enough to actually charge their Customers extra just because the owners choose to work at them times!, as if it's the Customers that are forcing them to work!.,

Their reputation has suffered badly and rightly so!.,

If you guys can not run a Pizza shop professionally then you should not be in this industry!,

Do the right thing , treat Customers with respect , and if they have a complaint or a question then do not get aggressive . and disrespectful , and simply give them what they pay for , which is good quality Pizza/food and good service!.,!.,

and there is no excuses!,

No disrespect intended but as once loyal Customers , my Family and i know a lot of others in the Community that are very disappointed in the quality of the food and service here!.,

Always been happy with Marinas up until this point. But their management of an incident tonight was terrible.

Their "Marina Pizza" site crashed twice as we were trying to place and pay for an order. We called to order as the site wasn't working, then after putting our items in with the man on the phone, he notified us that both online orders has been placed, even though the site had not confirmed anything. So, both purchases were made and money had been taken out of the account twice. He said he could not refund the money and only offered credit, or having to go through the delivery service provider, except we weren't using a 3rd party app like menu log, etc. When questioned about the faulty site, he failed to acknowledge the site was the problem and didn't acknowledge our frustrations. I was taken in by the high rating. I can understand why a busy family would appreciate a Marina pizza when giving the cook a break. It was truly an unusual amount of topping, so the pizza will go further feeding hungry kids. Attractive presentation. Hot enough, and I liked being able to add anchovy and olive to their Supreme. However, I fear Australians are starting to confuse quantity with quality, just like Americans do. 3/5 is a more realistic rating for their bland offering. There's nothing to come back for. Also, they dutifully wear plastic gloves while handling money, credit cards, and phones, etc. Completely negating the need for hygienic plastic gloves. I should have read the reviews instead of the average rating. Bottom line. More isn't...
