Driving back back home to Melbourne from Adelaide went to KFC Horsham Sunday night. Firstly walking into the store the Air Conditioning was set way too low we had to sit outside. After ordering on the App I had 3 people on the screen get there food and then all the other people behind me get there orders as well. I had to wait 20 mins to get my order. No problems at all if I get fresh zinger burger and chips. This was not the case at all. I had to ask to get my can of Solo. Sit down outside Chips are Luke Warm and Soggy at best take them back and ask for fresh Chips. Get a new lot of Chips they’re exactly the same as batch of Chips that I returned. Think well at least the Zinger Burger should be super fresh since I waited 20 mins but this isn’t the case at all. I then open the Zinger Burger up take a bite and the bun is rock hard and zinger not fresh at all so I go and return that burger as well. Get the new burger open it up and it’s exactly the same again Rock Hard Bun and soggy Luke Warm Chicken. I gave up at this point as clearly Staff at KFC Horsham clearly don’t give care at all. The service is way below standard the drive thru is shockingly slow, I might be wrong but it seems like they only start to prepare your order when you get to the last window and not when you have paid for it, if there are 4-5 cars in front of you expect to wait 10-20 mins even if you order online. I have stopped using drive thru completely now as it takes too long... I always order online now and go instore to pick up, now I only have to wait 5-10 mins (still pretty bad I know) except for my last visit on Saturday I put my order in at 6:51pm (I was already at the store when I ordered) and received it at 7:15.
In the time I was waiting 5 customers had returned to complain about being left short or given the wrong order. I got my order (giant feast +maxi popcorn chkn) and drove home only to find I had also been left short 18 nuggets, so had to drive back and collect them..

Read moreI recently ordered 21 pieces of chicken from your establishment, expecting the quality and crispiness that your brand is known for. However, upon receiving my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that the chicken was soggy and not crispy at all.
I immediately called the manager to report the issue, and I was advised to return with the chicken for a resolution. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, the manager simply stated that even if the chicken was replaced, it would be the same quality. What baffles me the most is the complete lack of an apology or any attempt to make things right.
This experience has been a waste of both my time and money. I believe customer satisfaction should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I strongly suggest others think twice before choosing to dine here, as this level of service is unacceptable.
