Horsham Town Hall — Attraction in Horsham

Great space and comfortable facilities, lovely building and comfortable seating. Would have happily given five stars but took one off for the unbelievable rude “host”. Not wearing a name badge (short 60s light silver short-bobbed hair (there was a lady with dark grey hair similar description but it was not her, she was lovely)). Hope she’s not a manager as you’d struggle to keep staff. One of those people who rushes around being very busy. She was not only rude to paying guests but to everyone it seems. One of those people that thinks raising her voice and barking at patrons is in someway how you show your authority. You made a spectacle of yourself every time you spoke to someone. You need to attend some hospitality training or go to the back of house. The rest of the staff were lovely and...

Not a single patron inside and yet the reception trolls wouldn't let my elderly mum visit toilet unless proof of double vax was provided... And to top it off they had no idea what they were looking at... Disgraceful... Understand if attending an event but for an elderly person to go to toilet? No! Shame on you...
