McDonald's Geelong West — Restaurant in Victoria

We ordered in shop via the touch screen. We waited for 5-10 min while others were served. 2 couples. Ours was next. 2 small lattes. A small ice latte no sugar and muffin. Steph finally started. Then a manager off duty came in with a uniform. She took the girl out the back and they got changed as her uniform was different. Steph was like ok what’s next. It was now 23 min. I said how about our coffee. She looked at me as if what? She then apologised and re made our coffees as they were sitting there. The manager offered no support or apology. We were given our coffees and I had to ask for the muffin. Two other customers were similar. One guy ordered a donut. He waited 10 min. Others were floundering around like lost souls. I know they are kids but there was no leadership at all. Wasn’t busy. Was 4:30pm. We had a 2 hr drive home which was now delayed 25min. Arriving home...

Update: gave them another shot . No cheese in our cheese burgers and our fries are very limited. Good to see they consistent though. Not the first issue I have had with them. My online order went missing I was told to come in and sort it out. I then was told order didn't exist. They eventually found it and told me I must have done something wrong. I checked my account and saw I was charged for it and showed them. When I eventually got my meal it was missing a drink and was not the burgers we ordered The manager told me I didn't order it but I knew I had so I asked for it to recalled in their system but they could not find it. After explaning again what I order they reluctantly made the burgers and drink. They told me they put in the bag an extra lot of fries for my inconvenience. There was not. Didn't appreciate being told I was in the wrong when I ordered...

If I wanted off tasting water, I'd ask for water, not sprite. If I wanted a half made drink from the cafe I'd ask for a smaller size not "can I get a large", pay full price and expect it to be half filled. Same with unpackaged food or food items lacking most of what is meant to be in it.

Out of all the McDonald's in Geelong if you want to pay full price for half of what you order or just not what you ordered; go to West Geelong!

The only good thing I can think of to do with this McDonald's is that I've only had one experience with a rude server, the rest have been quite nice but unfortunately nice workers won't make up for money I spend only to not even get what I've brought.
