Made a booking at your restaurant on Easter Saturday to have a celebratory lunch for my partners birthday. Was absolutely disgusted with what took place. We were not late for our booking, the resaurant was far from full, so there was no need for what took place.

Firstly, a party of four, myself and my partner, and another couple, who'd travelled 100kms+ from the city, one of whom was a pregnant woman, were seated outdoors, at a tiny table barely big enough to place four dinner plates on, let alone drinks and cutlery, in full sun, around which we had to rotate to the only seat not in the sun, to avoid sunburn.

Moments after being seated, we were informed by wait staff that the kitchen was closed and we could only order tapas or entrees. Disgusted and embarrassed for ourselves, and our guests who'd made the journey from Melbourne, we ordered drinks, and to make up what should have been entrees and a main meal, had to order 7 or 8 entrees and tapas, costing close to $100.

What really topped of one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, or had to experience with friends, was walking through the main building to access the bathroom, and seeing the entire indoor table area empty with the exception for one table, and the chefs standing in the kitchen doing nothing, and with thier faces glued to thier phones. All four of our party witnessed it. You people should be ashamed of yourselves treating patrons like that.

Clearly the waitstaff had cleared the indoor tables and had either been instructed by the chefs to do so, or simply didn't want any patrons being seated inside to save themselves work. As for the chefs, if that's what they call themselves, had decided they didn't want to cook any further meals for the day, prior to our arrival, and thier social media or what ever the he'll they were doing on thier phones, had been given priority over doing thier jobs.

Only reason I give this restaurant one star, is because this app requires a rating in order to post a review. Otherwise I wouldn't have given them avatar at all. Shame on you. Your an eembarrasment...

Called this restaurant 3 times in one day, to be sure my sons birthday tea, would be perfect.

First call to enquire about food, we needed delivered. I was told they DO NOT do Parmas, only chicken schnitzels.

Called back a second time and asked if we could have salads delivered and are they sure they DON'T do Parmas? A very rude man, with an accent said yes WE DO, so call back closer to when you need it and hung up in my ear! l could not believe it.

I called back a third time and ordered Parmas and salads 1 hr before we needed it. I was very specific, 4 Parmas, chips AND salads!

The young man continually said l can't hear you, we are very busy here. He then offered to go outside, hence then he could hear me.

Yep, you guessed it, Parmas arrived, NO salads! I called immediately and the same rude second man, said what do you mean? Again l repeated there are NO salads, he dissapeared unexpectedly, then came back and said they are still here!

He made arrangements to deliver them, with extra chips free . The Parmas were dried out, lack of sauce, the cheese stuck to the top of the box. DISGUSTING! The chips were great.

Eating the Parmas whilst hot and getting salads 30 mins later, for that price!

The Parmas were so thick it was ridiculous. The salads were bitter and small.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME, DO NOT BOTHER HERE! Ruined an...

firstly was seated outside in the freezing cold wind underneath a tree and had bugs and leaves falling all over us and in our meals with no heater provided even though staff assured one would be (which didn’t happen). another point to make was when our garlic bread was brought out there was an eyelash sitting in one of the pieces and was very noticeable. when questioning staff and the cooks they tried to play it down as something other than an eyelash. the food was replaced but when we received the garlic bread there was no signs of an apology and any sincerity towards the situation. we waited an hour and a half for our food and of which was subpar and when we went to pay there was extra items added to our order which we hadn’t asked for. additionally we were seated right next to a live performer who was obnoxiously loud and made the entire experience unbearable due to the loud speakers being placed right next to our table. forcing us to yell constantly in order to communicate with others seated less than two seats away. we will not be returning to this restaurant at any point in the foreseeable future. i would have given 0 stars out of five if possible, we are all quite frankly appalled at the experience we had here...

Very nice setting to enjoy a well cooked meal. I ate the roast lamb ghee curry with rice, It was more expensive than I am used to paying at my local Indian restaurants however that is not to say it was very flavoursome and cooked perfectly. The size of the dish is deceiving as when it first came out I thought it was small but it was actually quite filling and satisfying. I have never had indian food served in. A more upmarket way and I quite enjoyed both the presentation and of course the delicious taste. They also have more western style dishes but expect to pay a more up market price on steak and Parma then in Melbourne. Overall I really enjoyed the food and I would recommend if your looking for a safe bet on a quality meal.

Literally the worst scotch fillet steak I’ve ever had. It was very tough and chewy, very fatty, and was practically boiled inside. Also tasteless with no salt or seasoning whatsoever. The carrots and broccoli were also practically boiled and tasteless. The mash was okay, but very small amount and also lacked flavor. The gravy also seemed cheap. Worst of all the streak cost $51.90 so was expecting it to be decent. Although the menu says local gippsland steak, the staff couldn’t tell me where it was from when asked. The sauces that came with other dishes also seemed like a cheap type from a jar. The prices are way to high for the quality of food and service. Definitely won’t be recommending or coming back.

$17.95 kids meals for this tiny pizza which had a burnt base and bland pasta with red sauce. When are kids meals $17.95?! Lamb shanks was moist but had a burnt sauce. Chips were over cooked. The butter chicken was great! They need to stick to what they know. Service to order as great and accommodated us when we needed to move inside but food service was extremely slow and it came with an apology immediately. Not sure why it was given 4.2 star rating. Please make this place an indian restaurant cause you will be more successful in this style of cuisine.
