I usually don’t write google reviews unless the place was amazing or the worst experience ever, In this case it was the absolute worst experience both my husband and I had. To start with we were travelling from a town near by. We walked in we sat down and requested to get the table cleaned and was rudely told “No we are busy” the exact words we eventually sat down and waiting for the food to arrive when we notice the staff were arguing with a customer. The food arrived and the table was still unclean and dirty we asked the girl who brought the food to us she was probably the only nicest worker there and seemed like she was getting treated badly by the rest of them. Moving on to the food… The chips were half cooked soggy and tasted like wet potatoes. Their chicken was dry and the wrap was very up pleasant no flavour. After we finished our food we asked for a take away box to store the rest of the left over food we had half a chicken plus three large chips There was a older woman who was abit on the larger side I didn’t get her name but seemed like she was the manager we asked for the biggest takeaway box to store our food and we were questioned on the amount of food once she was told she refused to give a bigger box and was so so rude about it as if we were asking to take her lunch box from her I have no idea why but she just was absolutely the most horrible human I’ve ever met it was very upsetting the way they treated customers maybe because she works at nandos at the age she is in that’s why she must’ve been the absolute horrible person. Read moreI recently dined at Nando’s Shepparton, and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. I believe it is essential to share my grievances to help others make informed decisions about dining at this establishment.
From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The hostess seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. The lack of warmth and hospitality was incredibly off-putting, leaving a negative first impression.
Things only went downhill from there. The waitstaff appeared to be disorganized and overwhelmed, leading to long wait times for simple requests. My server seemed uninterested in attending to our table and rarely checked in to ensure our needs were met. It was clear that providing excellent customer service was not a priority for them.
Moreover, when I attempted to address my concerns with the server, their attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation or provide any form of resolution. It felt as though my dissatisfaction was inconsequential to them, and they simply wanted to rush through their duties without regard for customer satisfaction.
I sincerely hope that the management of Nando’s takes these criticisms seriously and makes significant improvements to their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience with attentive and respectful...

We are writing this message with deep disappointment and sadness. We had ordered a vegetarian takeaway meal from your restaurant, clearly stating multiple times—at least 3 to 4 times—that we are strict vegetarians. Despite this, the dish was made with ham and served to us as vegetarian.
As Hindu vegetarians, this is not just a dietary choice—it is a matter of deep faith, ethics, and cultural values. Consuming meat, especially unknowingly, has caused us significant emotional and spiritual distress.
What makes this even more disheartening is that we repeatedly emphasised our dietary requirement while placing the order. We trusted that our request was being taken seriously, but this mistake has left us feeling deeply hurt, disrespected, and violated.
We sincerely urge your team to be more mindful and responsible when handling orders with specific dietary restrictions, especially those tied to religious beliefs. A mistake like this may seem small from the outside, but to us, it has had a lasting emotional impact.
