Very disappointed in service tonight. Made a phone order for pick up which was found to be missing prawn crackers once we got back. Working at the hospital we had to use our break to go down and pick up. Asked if that was everything in the bag and the staff said yes. However once we found them missing we phoned them asking if they could drop it off to which they said yes. Address was given and we waited 45 mins before calling again to which they replied we can give you credit for next time. “normally people just grab them when they’re here” I told them not everyone knows that and they should be telling people that especially when they ask if that’s everything. 2 hours of mess around and all we get is attitude and being hung up on worst...

Updating a previous review as new head Chef/Owner, Daniel (still in the family though) is on board. Daniel cares about his customers, he remembers your regular orders and exactly how you like it. The food is super amazing in this noodle shop, its the best with really good natural flavours that are tasty and no extra MSG enhancer. Vegan friendly, Vegetarian friendly and meat lover friendly. The quality of the food is up there with the best, do not let this little shop go unnoticed, you need to try it! I frequent here often and always order the same thing. Curried chicken on steamed rice with no vegetables. I'd say roughly half the time the order is incorrect, either it has vegetables or it's made with noodles instead. 2 or 3 times it has been made with noodles and vegetables. I don't eat bok choy or onion as they both give me a sore stomach so it's easier to just order it without any veggies at all.

When the order is correct it's fantastic and the best I've ever had. When it's made with vegetables I have to dissect my meal and it loses so much of the sauce and makes it's basically...
