I ordered a medium capricciosa on a Friday night. Normally, I don't bother with reviews... even if I get bad food and/or service, I simply don't go back there. However, on this occasion when I had no choice but to immediately return the pizza and ask for a refund, the owner wanted to know what was wrong with this pizza. Granted, the owner made no fuss over the refund, which was appreciated.
So, for the benefit of the business, I'm going to list what I thought was wrong with my experience and the pizza on this occasion.
Check your oven - the pizza was not cooked thoroughly, the ham was burnt on the edges and the middle was undercooked. Aside from that, immediately after opening the box, I wasn't smashed in the face with a wave of steamy goodness... I touched the centre of the pizza and it was luke warm at best.
Where was the cheese on top of the pizza? At least if your pizza maker had put cheese on top of it (and your oven was hot enough) I may have not been alerted to the poor quality of the pizza. You might of gotten away with it 🤔
Way too much mushroom and mushroom was sliced too thick - Capricciossa is not only about the mushrooms. The mushroom component of a capricciossa should complement the rest of the ingredients, not dominate them. When thinly sliced mushroom cooks to perfection on a capriciossa pizza... 👌 Bellissimo!
The pizza was not cut properly. Look, I get it, pizza cutters see a lot of action... sharpen or replace them sometimes!
Customer service - There's the fact that the owner didn't refuse a refund, which as I mentioned was much appreciated 👏. Everything about the customer service was OK.. BUT it might be an idea to try and build more of a rapport with potentially new customers.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not just out for a good old whinge. I was annoyed at the time, yes. But I think I expect more from anyone sporting the Town & Country Pizza brand-name, especially for 14 smackeroos.

Read more20 minutes late when I called to find out where my food was I was informed that will be another 20 min. At that point i asked for a refund. Initially was denied, at that point I retaliated with its not my f.... fault , so can I please have a refund, then I explained that the kids were hungry and I didn't want to wait any longer.at this point a second staff member took over and processed the refund, I could clearly hear her in the background swearing, so cry me a river . I explained the reason for the refund and intention to.lodge a complaint She said that If I was planning to lodge a complain I had to much time in my hands and hang up. I will defiantly be making the complain. Management feel free to contact me if you like further information. Another 30 minutes passed, and we were still waiting, so I decided to call and they didn't how long it would be. We waited another 15 minutes and decided to cancel the order out of frustration.
