Red Rooster Wodonga — Restaurant in Victoria

I'd just like to say This was the WORST FOOD I have EVER Eaten. The Rooster Roll I Got was Absolutely disgusting. Im guessing it is frozen & zapped in the microwave, as it was so floppy i couldnt even hold it in my hand, I tore open the bag & scraped the contents off the paper to eat it. The service was Appalling. The young man that served us did not even make eye contact! When he spoke he looked down at the counter & you could barely hear what he was mumbling! The table we sat at was putrid. It was NOT busy at the time we were there & I dont think there was any excuse for the tables not to be cleaned. When i asked the young man at the counter if he knew if the Rooster Rolls were frozen? he had no idea, but he said "They might be" I told him it was the worst thing ive ever eaten & he told me He didnt like them either!!!!! I asked if the picture up on the board was of the rooster roll & he said No, that was a chicken & gravy roll & that a rooster roll only has chicken & mayo. It was the BLANDEST THING I Have Ever Seen. Suffice to say I Would Never Step Back Inside a "RED ROOSTER" Establishment EVER AGAIN!!! A Refund would be great!!! The ONLY Reason i have given a 1 star; Is is the lowest available! Sad But True!! My husband was very unimpressed with his Mega Box? (I cant remember what it was called, but it was a squishy burger, crispy strip, which was like a frozen packet chicken tender, chips, gravy & drink) So About $22...

How can you miss putting chicken into a Triple Picklebird Burger ordered via the app??? The worst product and experience I have ever had from Red Rooster. I ordered online for pick-up in the restaurant at 4pm Fri 9th of August and there were two female workers. No one in the drive thru...no one at the counter, yet they failed to put an UPSIZED Triple fillet into the Burger and stuffed it full of lettuce. Realised this when i was 10 mins down the road on the Hume Hwy and didn't have the time to stuff around and turn back whilst heading to Melbourne. Absolutely pathetic effort Red Rooster. Orderd my food off menulog it never showed up and when I called red the staff were rude and insulting then when tried asking what to do they hung up on me. Now I'm out money and my kids don't have dinner. Not completely on red But the fact the staff are rude and it's not the first time after reading the reviews yous can look forward to a call from my lawyer and the lawsuit coming your way. being disrespectful to customers and implying there stupid is enough for a suit.
