NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE!!!!!! The girl at the front counter was so rude. As we walked into the store she picked up a phone and waved her finger at me as if to tell me to wait. After she hung up the phone she walked off to talk to someone else but upon returning to the desk to take our order she didn't even apologise. This isn't the first time I've witnessed this behaviour with her either. She spoke to my elderly mother with the same attitude not that long ago. Finally a question to the owner of this store is, Knowing how badly she treats your customers and I know your aware as my sister has spoken to you about the treatment of our mum how does this girl still have a job? I ordered a meal to be delivered and when my order arrived, I opened up the fat chips to see a cockroach crawling out of the food. I rang up to let them know and they said that it is doordash’s fault and not theirs. I told them that consumer.vic.gov.au states the store/seller must provide compensation for any quality issues or missing items when dealing with a food courier service and I was pretty much told to talk to the boss but not to bother because he won’t provide any compensation. Not even an effort to try and resolve a problem that I could use to sue them but instead an attempt to handball the blame to another company which isn’t to blame and not take responsibility despite what the law states....
