The way the lady answered the phone was so rude. She answered and made me feel stupid from the very second she began talking. Rudely responding to any question I asked & erratically rushing around to try and get the phone call to end as quick as possible. We have been coming here since 2005 & will no longer be purchasing from here due to this behaviour. It is not hard to be polite over the phone and customers are allowed to ask questions. 1 star because whilst your food is good your staff and customer service is appalling. No hello no smile just a sour face with a bad attitude. God forbid you ask for a receipt because apparently its a MASSIVE inconvenience. If you cant put the slightest effort into being polite then its possibly time to retire alternatively some customer service training would help.
