Visited this highly rated local cafe on our back to Melbourne after a long weekend! This place is definitely a hidden gem. For the four of us, we ordered Mexican hash, lamb giro with pita bread, falafel bowl and sweet waffle. My favourite has to go the lamb giro! Oh man the meat was perfectly cooked, you could taste the flame in the meat. Paired with the pita bread, sour cream and the various beans, it sent me to cloud nine 💯💯💯 Close second was the Mexican hash which had all the goods you want for breakfast; potato gems, avo, fried egg sand salsa. Falafel bowl and sweet waffles are good too.

Overall, this place is def worth a visit if you’re in that area. They serve good coffees too! Not only that, as a bonus, they have cronuts and really good almond...

We went for lunch on the 27th December (might be important)

The restaurant looks nice on the outside. We came with a dog so we were seated at the backyard. Pleasant place to be at but no functioning heater for cold weather.

Food was okay. We ordered chicken burger with potato gems as wells as vege toastie. Chicken burger was decent. Vege toastie was underwhelming at best.

Service was questionable. Our tap water was not delivered even after 3x reminder and we gave up asking. Food doesn't come with any cutlery nor serviettes.

Perhaps this is because of the holiday season (Xmas holidays) so they might be short of staff. Looking at their excellent past reviews, they had done better and I am sure they will...

A healthier alternative to your favorites. Just as delicious, without all the nasties. Had the zucchini pancakes with pumpkin and sweetcorn the first time I went, and it was really tasty! Beautifully prepared and just the right portion size. Staff is really friendly, and the coffee surprised me at how good it was! (Not sure if it is the type of beans they use) Beautiful and light inside, music really inviting. (That is what attracted me when I walked past the cafe). Second day in a row, I went there and ordered the burger but without the bun. They made it as a salad, and it was SOOO delicious!! No burger can come close to that! The people that work there are...
