Coffee Guru Wagga Wagga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

Very poor service there today, I regularly have breakfast at this place but after today’s effort I won’t be going back. After three attempts to get a coffee in a takeaway cup, the third attempt was the last straw. I had paid for a bacon and egg roll and a large flat white in a takeaway cup. Coffee came out in a mug, it got sent back, another coffee came out, it was in a regular takeaway cup, the third coffee came out in a large takeaway cup but it was a cappuccino, I decided that was enough and left empty handed. How hard is it to read a ticket. People can apologise as much as they want, it seems like there are no consequences for poor service or work...

Outa towners and we thought we would give this place a try ...its in a really good shopping mall ..the coffee place looked clean and fresh so we thought ..why not ..so me and my hot chocolate ... staff and i struggled at first ...but then they gave in and made the hot chocolate the true and correct way ..when i complimented the barrista ..you should have seen how huge his smile was .... food was good too ..fresh and tasty ..the place was very busy too ..staff seemed to be on the ball wasnt tooooooo long a wait ...would i go back no not really but trying for first time u would recommend ..only reason i say no ...coz theres so many place to try and...

My familly and I went this morning to the cafe for breaky .We ordered 1 pancake mixed berries with ice cream ,1 capuchino and 2 eggs Benedict’s with salmon on sourdough The pancakes sizes was excellent but unfortunately my partner had the worst experience .The lady who was serving us spill half of the cappuchino (not that great )on the saucer without a single apology .The poached eggs was perfectly cook but too much of this horrible industrial béarnaise sauce who ruined the salmon and made the bread soggy.There is room for improvement and such a shame because it is a nice location to people...
