NRMA Insurance — Local services in Wagga Wagga City Council

My complaint is that when I insured my daughters car, I specifically wanted Roadside assistance, as she was 17 at the time, and we live in the country. Our other cars, including her brothers, are covered by roadside assistance for that reason. They claim I did not ask for it, and when I pursued the matter they told me I had completed the cover over the counter, so there is no record of the conversation. Thats impossible, I don't even know where the office is. In any event, Roadside assistance will not come out if you are hit by a kangaroo, as we found out. We went on a holiday to Batemans bay , fan belt snapped , they left us stranded took our car to some dodgy mechanic who wouldn’t fix our Ute till three days later , also had to pay 180$ even tho we pay 100$ a year very disappointing would not recommend !
